Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated, or contaminated. Fiesta Winery will gladly replace bottles within 30 days of purchase should the wine be found as damaged, but please return damaged product to Fiesta Winery.
Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.
