Wine Club Releases/Deposits occur in March, June, September and December. Fiesta Winery's Fiesta Family Wine Club releases can be shipped via UPS or FedEx or ready for pick-up, quarterly (four times a year).
Your Fiesta Family benefits and discounts are for members only. Members = two persons in the same household.
There are no substitutions on winery aka: 'automatic club' selections.
Terms & Conditions
As a member, you authorize Fiesta Winery® to automatically bill your designated credit card according according to your wine club preference.
Membership benefits are extended to the member(s) only - discounts will not be extended to any purchase outside of the member’s household. Complimentary tastings are reserved to one per person, per day.
Will Call orders will be available for 45 days, after which it will be considered forfeited and removed from inventory.
It is the member’s obligation to make updates online or notify Fiesta Winery® of any address changes before wines are billed. Fiesta Winery® will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
Direct shipping laws require an adult, 21 years or older, to accept and sign upon delivery of all wine shipments.
Wine is guaranteed when signed for on the first delivery attempt. Delayed receipt of shipment becomes the responsibility of the member; return and reshipment fees will apply.
Members are responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping costs. Refer to our Wine Shipments for more information.
Membership requires a minimum of TWO RELEASES/DEPOSITS to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. Membership continues until you notify Fiesta Winery to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fiestawinery.com at least two weeks before a scheduled quarterly release. After cancellation is received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Club Manager, and at that point you are canceled without further obligation, except for any wines/deposits billed to you, prior to receipt of your notice of cancellation.
Fiesta Winery reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
